Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your all mellow co. product, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original eco-friendly packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (email confirmation or order number)

To initiate a return, email us at mail@allmellow.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with packaging and drop-off instructions. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at mail@allmellow.co. We’ll make it right – whether that’s a replacement, refund, or repair.

Items We Can’t Take Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, teas, or food)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Beauty or personal care items
  • Flammable liquids or hazardous materials

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact your payment provider – or reach out to us at mail@allmellow.co and we’ll investigate.
